BERRY’S ICE CREAM

Made using local Herefordshire fruit and cream, everything about Berry’s delicious ice cream is geared towards quality. Hand-made, hand-poured and using only natural ingredients, their ice creams are distinctively luxurious, reflected in their new red and gold. Ingredients are locally-sourced where possible, with all the extra ingredients, such as toffee sauce, honeycomb, praline and caramel made by hand.

Charlotte and John Young became the proud new owners of the business in 2024 and have carried over the knowledge and expertise acquired from the companies prior collaboration with award-winning chef (former head chef at Belle House, Pershore) Sue Stinchcombe. Their range of exciting new flavours of ice creams, sorbets and desserts include Damson & Sloe Gin; Gooseberry & Elderflower; and Rhubarb ice cream, whilst the refreshingly fruity sorbets offer a lighter alternative.. Berry’s also offer a range of dairy-free ice cream, made with coconut cream, including flavours such as Chocolate, Passionfruit, and Lime & Coconut Liqueur.
