Deborah Flint and her team create the most incredible ready-to-eat foods at their eco farm in the Forest of Dean. Everything is geared up to make the planet a better place which means operating a business with a heart for people, the land and the wider community in which it operates.

 The principle of Slow Food goodness infuses Deborah’s products, which are a world away from the usual read-to-eat fayre of tasteless, intensively reared meat that is used in much of today’s commercial sausage roll fillings.

 At Cinderhill Farm, native rare breeds enjoy plenty of outdoor space and fresh air, have access to shelter and enjoy genuine interaction with humans. The pastry for the sausage rolls and foggies (Forest of Dean oggies!) is lovingly made by hand which produces a thin, crisp case which can then hold the flavoursome fillings. As well as plenty for the meat eater, there are vegetarian versions available, including a cheese an onion roll or a vegan foggie containing dry roast vegetables in a rich tomato sauce.
