Founded in 1989 by Barbara Moinet in her Stroud kitchen, this thriving preserves business is now run and managed by James Moinet and James Horwood. The original ethos of small-batch production using high-quality ingredients is still in place. This has resulted in over 100 awards for a number of products, including relishes, chutneys, dressings, jams and marmalades.
Many of their products are multi-award-winning – The Rough Cut Seville Orange marmalade has earned three Gold awards, while the Tewkesbury Mustard has received two Gold awards. Several other products have also earned Gold awards, including the Summer Berry jam, Beetroot chutney, Hot Lime pickle, Coarse Cut Lime marmalade, Fig & Plum relish, Red Onion marmalade, Coarse Grain Mustard with Honey, Raspberry vinegar and Cherry & Amaretto jam.
