Artisan baking is nothing new for Thierry Paulin, the Frenchman who, after locating to Tewkesbury, has been supplying the Cotswolds with his incredible breads for over 30 years. Baking good bread is not a complicated affair for Thierry who has been quietly working through the night for decades to perfect his range of baked goods, ready to deliver fresh to our stores every morning.

Boule Paysanne aux Graines is a mix of white, rye and malt flours generously rolled up in sesame, poppy and giant sunflower seeds and malted wheat flakes.
