WALK FOR WELLCHILD - THE MALVERNS END TO END CHALLENGE

Warner’s is proud to be sponsoring WellChild’s day-long walking challenge in May. WellChild’s Malverns End to End Challenge takes place on 22nd May and is one of the charity’s biggest fund-raising events.

WellChild, which is based in Cheltenham, is a national children’s charity that works with children and young people with serious and complex health needs across the UK. WellChild’s vision is that every child, young person and family should have the opportunity to be cared for at home instead of hospital, wherever possible. More than 100,000 children and young people are estimated to be living with serious health needs across the UK and many spend months and years in hospitals because there is not enough support enabling them to leave.  By providing support through specially-trained WellChild nurses, at-home training, education, research and community networks, the charity aims to provide care for many young people and families across the UK.

WellChild’s Malverns End to End Challenge is a moderately strenuous 11-mile, day-long walking event that covers the length of the Malvern Hills. It is open to people and families of all ages (as well as dogs!).
